Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telesales Executive

to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling

cold calling, lead generation, and regular follow-ups

with potential clients to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound cold calls

to prospective customers from the database.

Explain project details

, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to potential buyers.

Follow up

with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure engagement.

Schedule site visits

and coordinate with the sales team for closures. Achieve

daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

. Provide

timely feedback

on lead quality and customer requirements.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate experience preferred).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

in English and Hindi. Strong

customer-handling and follow-up skills

. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
