Job Description
A Telesales Representative's primary responsibility is to generate sales and close deals over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers. They build rapport, understand customer needs, and present products and services effectively, often using sales scripts. Ultimately, they aim to meet sales quotas and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
