Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain our products/services Understand customer needs and pitch relevant offerings accordingly Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular contact Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support campaigns Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
