Make outbound calls using prepared scripts.
Answer customer questions and handle objections.
Qualify leads, record customer information, and enter orders into databases.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (entry-level roles may accept 0-1 year).
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
