Age: up to 32-34
Education: Graduates only
Experience: 3 years of experience in hard core sales( no banking sales exp)
maximum 8 years of experience, would not consider more than 8 years of experience
Salary: 40k to 45k in-hand(5.5lpa- 6lpa)
Working day: 5 days working, 2 Rotational week off
Shift timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm, 10:00am to 7:00pm, 11:00am to 8:00pm,12:00pm-9:00pm( rotational shift)
Rounds of interview:HR
Business Round( F2F)( need to go presentable , need to wear formals)
Documents: Need latest 3 company documents (3 months' salary slip/ Bank statement, Relieving Letter)
