Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Telesales Executive
with a strong background in international BPO sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to generate leads, close sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
Address customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively manage objections and close deals.
Ensure adherence to company policies and international sales guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3-5 years
of telesales / outbound sales experience in an
international BPO
setup.
Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
HSC or above.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per month
