Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Telesales Executive

with a strong background in international BPO operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strong sales-driven mindset. The role involves generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information. Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies. Maintain strong product and industry knowledge to handle objections effectively. Ensure adherence to company policies and international sales standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

3-5 years

of telesales or outbound sales experience in an

international BPO

environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.

Preferred Qualification

HSC and above
