Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Experience: 1+ year in Fintech / Financial Services (preferred)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Requirement: Own Laptop and Stable Internet Connection

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Agents to join our dynamic sales team. If you have experience in fintech and can communicate confidently in multiple Indian languages, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.

-Clearly explain loan or finance offerings and assist customers with queries.

-Generate, follow up, and convert leads through effective communication.

-Maintain accurate call logs and customer data in CRM.

-Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

-Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling (preferably in fintech or banking).

-Fluency in any 2 languages (Hindi/ English/ Marathi/ Gujarati/ Telugu/ Tamil/ Malayalam/ Kannada).

-Strong communication and persuasion skills.

-Laptop and internet connection required.

-Self-motivated and target-driven.
