Conduct outreach to at least 150 customers weekly, including both new and existing clients.
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
Identify and communicate upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the internal team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
