Responsibilities



Conduct outreach to at least 150 customers weekly, including both new and existing clients. Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Identify and communicate upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team. Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the internal team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation skills and a proactive sales mindset. Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets. Comfortable addressing customer inquiries and providing clear, informative responses. A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
