Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving targets. If you are persuasive, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales Follow up on incoming leads and queries from marketing campaigns Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer questions Maintain accurate records of all conversations, leads, and sales in the CRM system Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Handle customer objections professionally and convert interest into sales Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and feedback Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships
