Job description
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and the company website.
Provide accurate information about travel services, offers, and promotions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages or services.
Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain records of interactions, bookings, and customer profiles.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team
Requirements:
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
Experience in telesales, customer support, or a related field (experience in the travel industry is a plus).
Proficient in using social media platforms and communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messengers etc).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
