Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Representative (Real Estate & Auto Loans)



Lead Generation & Qualification:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads through effective questioning, and identify property/financing needs.

Client Communication:

Introduce real estate properties, loan products (car loans), benefits, and value propositions, answering questions and handling doubts.

Needs Analysis:

Understand client requirements for property type, location, budget, and loan terms (interest rates, EMIs).

Sales & Conversion:

Persuade clients, close sales, process orders, and direct qualified leads to field sales/loan officers.

Relationship Building:

Build rapport, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business and referrals.

Database Management:

Accurately enter and update client information, call records, and sales activity in the CRM system.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs for both property and loan acquisition.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on property market trends, loan regulations, and new product/service offerings.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
