Job Description

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers to present products or services and effectively communicate the value proposition. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively convey features and benefits to potential customers. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to generate interest and enthusiasm among prospects. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and providing excellent customer service. Sales Closure: Successfully close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts using CRM software. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company goals.

Education and Experience:



High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus. Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
