We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Explain company services, project offerings, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close sales.
Schedule appointments for sales team/site visits.
Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
Preferably from interiors, real estate, or service industry background.
