Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up

with leads from

schools, academies, and institutions

about our workshops and events.

Engage with parents

who enquire through

ads or social media

and guide them to the best programs.

Maintain and update records

of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the

CRM system

Coordinate with internal teams

to ensure smooth updates and support for events.

Follow scripts

when needed and

adapt conversations

naturally to meet client needs.

Share feedback and insights

from clients with the team for improvements.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication

English, Hindi

, and preferably

local languages

Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service

is a plus.

Basic computer knowledge

and use of

CRM tools
