Key Responsibilities:
u Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
u Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
u Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.
u Convert conversations into site visits and coordinate with field sales team.
u Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in CRM.
u Follow up regularly with leads for nurturing and closure.
u Focused on consistent progress through manageable weekly and monthly targets aligned with team objectives.
Required Skills:
u Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
u Strong sales aptitude and convincing ability.
u Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
u Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and real estate terminology.
u Language Fluency: English and any regional language (Kannada,Hindi,Telugu, Tamil, etc.)
