Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and assisting with sales and support queries.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete product and service information.

Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in the CRM system.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Achieve daily and monthly call/lead conversion targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Represent SeekhoBecho with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Telesales Representative.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, discipline, and good listening skills.
