Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Explain product features, pricing, offers, and delivery timelines Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed orders Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending payments Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team for order execution Handle customer objections professionally and close deals Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in

English and Hindi

(regional language is a plus) Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling Ability to understand product details quickly Comfortable working with Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM systems Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
