We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller for Motor Insurance who can handle renewals, sales calls, and customer follow-ups. If you have good communication skills and enjoy working in a sales environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers for motor insurance renewal and new policy sales.
Explain premium, IDV, NCB, add-ons, and policy benefits.
Maintain daily follow-up with customers.
Generate leads through outbound calling.
Update call status and customer details in the system.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

Good communication in Gujarati / Hindi / English.
Basic knowledge of motor insurance (training will be provided).
Confident, target-oriented, and good at follow-up.
Ability to make 80-120 calls per day.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).

Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in telesales or insurance calling preferred
Freshers with good communication can also apply
