ONLINELR is a growing platform dedicated to the logistics industry. We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven telesales representatives to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads to promote ONLINELR's products and services
Explain product/service features and benefits, addressing customer needs effectively
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer queries
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Record and update customer interactions, sales leads, and transactions in the CRM system
Follow up on inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize telesales campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative, telecaller, or similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong persuasive ability and confident phone presence
Ability to handle objections and remain motivated to achieve sales goals
Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage
Fluency in English and Hindi
