Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Conversion:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and individual patients, to promote healthcare products or services.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the company's healthcare offerings to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective telesales strategies and consistent follow-ups.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication with the ability to engage customers and convey information clearly.

Sales Acumen:

Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets, preferably in a telesales environment.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Educational Background:

Minimum Higher Secondary education; a gratuation or degree in healthcare or related fields is a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
