We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up site visits by contacting potential customers over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
? Understand customer requirements and provide details about real estate projects.
? Generate leads and schedule site visits.
? Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
? Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.
? Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.
? Coordinate with the field sales team for smooth client handling.
Key Requirements:
? Graduate or 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
? Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Telecalling/Telesales experience (Real Estate background is a plus).
? Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (Regional language is a plus).
? Good convincing and negotiation skills.
? Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
