Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide information about products/services.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
Prepare and share
quotations/proposals
as per customer requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversion.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Report daily call performance and achievements to the team lead.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Positive attitude, patience, and resilience.
