We specialize in vehicle tracking, fleet management, and field force automation solutions. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and support our sales and customer engagement efforts.
Role Overview
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, explaining product offerings, and generating leads for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce RoadCast's products and services.
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information.
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team as required.
Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM records, and track follow-ups.
Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex issues to the concerned team.
Meet daily and monthly call targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain consistent performance.
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
