We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to sellers and convincing them to onboard their products on leading online platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and others. The ideal candidate must have experience in revenue-based sales and be comfortable working under sales targets and pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective sellers and explain the benefits of onboarding on e-commerce platforms.
Convince and persuade sellers
to register and start selling on platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.
Achieve monthly sales targets
and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain and update the database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
Handle objections effectively
and provide solutions to sellers' queries.
Report daily activity and progress to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in telesales or monetary/revenue-based sales.
Excellent
communication and persuasion skills
.
Ability to
work under pressure and achieve sales targets
.
Basic understanding of
e-commerce platforms
is an advantage.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and CRM tools preferred.
