Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telesales Executive
to handle
B2B sales
for our
herbal product line and diagnostic lab services
. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales through phone and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential business
Clients
and
Customer
to promote herbal products and diagnostic services.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information.
Maintain CRM records and provide daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and client support.
Requirements:
Experience :
Fresher to Minimum 3 years.
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales (Preferred experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or herbal/ayurvedic or insurance sector ).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good English speaking.
