Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and converting potential leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication, persistence, and customer-handling skills along with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

o Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products or services. o Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly and effectively. o Handle objections and close sales in a professional manner. o Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM. o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. o Provide excellent customer support and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

o Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or telemarketing. o Excellent communication and customer service skills in Hindi and English. o Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. o Strong understanding of lead generation and customer handling. o Ability to work independently and remotely. o Good organizational and time management skills. o Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity. o Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
