Tele-Sales Responsibilities (Real Estate)
1. Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads to generate interest in real estate projects.
2. Understand customer needs, budget, and location preferences before pitching the project.
3. Explain project details clearly -- pricing, amenities, location, and payment plans.
4. Convince customers for site visits and book confirmed appointments.
5. Handle inbound calls and respond to property inquiries from portals and social media.
6. Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and call status in CRM/Excel.
7. Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and update them on customer requirements.
8. Convert qualified leads into walk-ins and support the team in achieving sales closures.
9. Resolve customer queries and handle objections professionally.
10. Meet daily/weekly calling, follow-up, and site visit targets set by management.

Pay: ?10,016.03 - ?25,000.00 per month
