We are looking for an enthusiastic
Telesales / Pre-Sales Executive
to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, customer-focused, and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads
Understand customer requirements and explain project details clearly
Qualify leads and assess buying intent
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records
Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead conversion goals
Provide a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and local language
Any graduate / undergraduate / diploma holder
Prior telesales or real estate experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
