Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using established scripts and CRM software such as Salesforce Promote our products and services effectively, highlighting key benefits to potential customers Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer information within CRM systems Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule follow-up appointments or meetings as necessary Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional demeanour during all communications

Experience

Prior experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus Demonstrated ability to engage customers over the phone with clarity and confidence Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles will be considered an asset but is not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
