Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling, with strong communication skills. A basic understanding of IT services and technical background is an added advantage. You will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing business clients. Clearly explain the company's IT services (e.g., AMC, server management, cybersecurity, etc.). Understand client needs and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely responses. Coordinate with technical and sales teams for meetings. Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 1 year in telecalling.

Education:

Graduate or equivalent preferred.

Skills:



Strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of IT services or a willingness to learn. Good interpersonal and client handling skills. Excel proficiency for data management. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits:
