Job Description

A Telesales job involves making/taking calls to sell products/services, building customer relationships, understanding needs, handling objections, and consistently hitting sales targets using scripts and CRM tools, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and goal-oriented skills for both inbound (leads) and outbound (prospecting) scenarios, ultimately driving company revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Proactively contact potential/existing customers (outbound) or handle incoming calls (inbound) Sales & Promotion: Pitch products/services, explain features, address queries, and present solutions tailored to needs. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and call volume goals. Lead & Data Management: Create contact lists, update customer databases (CRM), log interactions, and generate sales reports. Relationship Building: Build rapport, resolve issues, and foster long-term customer loyalty. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on offerings and competitor activities.
Essential Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication, listening, and persuasive skills. Confidence, initiative, and a positive, friendly attitude. Ability to think on your feet and handle pressure/objections. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and goal attainment
Tools Used:

Call scripts/guides. CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Dialer systems.
