We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales & Operations Assistant to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, generating leads, supporting the sales cycle, and assisting in day-to-day operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce ERP products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and email campaigns.
Explain product features, benefits, and solutions to client requirements.
Schedule product demonstration in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales/lead generation targets.
Operations Support
Assist in coordinating sales operations and documentation.
Support the implementation team with client follow-ups and query handling.
Prepare sales reports, performance trackers, and dashboards.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Handle routine administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
