About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Officer to join our Star Health Insurance team in Chennai. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining health insurance plans, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound/inbound calls to promote and sell health insurance policies.
Clearly explain product benefits, premium details, and claim process to customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.
Ensure proper documentation as per company and IRDAI guidelines.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals.

Requirements

6 months of telesales experience (insurance/finance sector preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills (English & Tamil preferred).
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,496.69 - ₹24,000.35 per month
