Telesales Officer

. You will connect with potential customers, explain insurance products, and help them choose the right policy.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Promote and explain insurance products in simple terms. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Handle queries and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs and update customer details. Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate/Graduate (any stream). Freshers welcome OR minimum 6 months of BPO/Telesales experience. Manageable communication in

English & Hindi

. Basic understanding of insurance products is an advantage.

Pay & Benefits:

?15,000 CTC per month. ?12,000 Take Home + Incentives. Unlimited earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule:

6 days working. Rotational shifts. Rotational weekly offs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
