We are hiring Telesales Officers for our Insurance team. The role includes making outbound calls, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into sales. Candidates should have good communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls Explain insurance policies to customers Follow up and close sales Maintain call records and meet monthly targets

Requirements:

12th pass / Graduate Telesales or insurance experience preferred Strong communication skills (Hindi/English) Goal-driven and confident
