Key Responsibilities:
Telesales Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain product price and benefits, and persuade prospects to purchase.
Follow up on leads
Maintain an updated database of customer contacts and call logs.
Handle objections, queries, and provide relevant product information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
MIS Duties:
Collect, maintain, and analyse sales data and performance metrics.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel or relevant tools.
Generate dashboards and visual summaries for internal use.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for data updates and lead tracking.
Support management in performance reviews and decision-making through data insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in telesales or telecalling roles.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
