Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients related to
logistics, transportation, and supply chain services
Explain company services such as
freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and SCM solutions
Generate and follow up on
sales leads and inquiries
Maintain proper records of calls, client details, and follow-ups
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for customer requirements
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Key Skills & Requirements:
Good
communication skills
in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in
tele calling, customer support, or logistics industry
