The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Promote and explain company products/services clearly
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve performance
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, tele calling, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
