We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our corporate team in Andheri West. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a confident phone presence, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up with customers via calls or emails to ensure a successful sales conversion.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Requirements
:
Minimum 1 to 5 years of telesales or inside sales experience (preferably in a corporate setup).
Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven personality.
Education
:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
