Job Description



Job Title: Tele Sales



Responsibilities: -



Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database. Understand customer requirements and present appropriate property options. Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and customer information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Build rapport with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to close deals. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve sales strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language - as applicable]. Persuasive and confident phone etiquette. Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. Basic knowledge of real estate sales or willingness to learn. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification



Graduate in any discipline Prior experience (0-2 years) in telesales, customer service, or real estate sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are also encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
