We're looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to connect with leads and customers, drive product sales, and deliver a seamless buying experience. You'll play a key role in building trust, educating consumers, and boosting conversions for our skincare products.
Key Responsibilities:
Call inbound leads and potential customers to pitch and sell products
Explain product benefits clearly and confidently
Maintain follow-up with interested prospects
Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns
Track daily calls, feedback, and conversion data
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience
Fluent in Hindi and English
Good communication and persuasion skills
Confidence, patience, and a customer-first approach
Basic knowledge of skincare is a plus
