DataLogic is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Telesales Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in
IT product or service sales
, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships through telephonic and online channels. This is a
6-month contractual role
with the potential for extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote DataLogic's IT products and solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead information.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
IT telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT products, solutions, or SaaS-based offerings.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
