Objection handling: Addressing customer concerns and overcoming hesitations to guide them toward a purchase. Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM system. Follow-up: Conducting follow-up calls for leads, post-sale inquiries, and customer satisfaction.
