Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain various insurance products (health, motor, life, etc.) and services clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
Follow up with prospects, schedule appointments (if needed), and close sales.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely updates.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections professionally and work towards customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies during the sales process.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales (preferably in insurance or financial services).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and close sales over the phone.
Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage.
Proficiency in local language and basic English.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
IRDAI certification (or willingness to undergo IRDAI training).
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on performance).
