Role Overview The Team Lead - Partner Recruitment Team (PRT) will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers and Partner Recruiters focused on identifying, onboarding, and activating new financial partners on the Wealthy platform. This role requires strong leadership, target orientation, and a hands-on approach to managing sales pipelines and partner conversions in a fast-paced digital sales environment
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Leadership
? Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Partner Relationship Managers.
? Set performance targets and ensure consistent achievement through structured reviews and performance tracking.
? Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on partner success.
2. Partner Recruitment & Activation
? Oversee end-to-end partner sourcing, onboarding, and activation processes.
? Support the team in driving partner acquisition through digital and offline channels.
? Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities and platform familiarization.
3. Business Development & Conversion
? Monitor lead flow, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.
? Identify opportunities for business growth through partner engagement.
? Drive accountability across the team for meeting activation and revenue targets.
4. Training & Development
? Train new team members on product knowledge, sales processes, and CRM tools.
? Conduct regular refreshers on Wealthy's value proposition and product suite.
? Share market insights and feedback to enhance recruitment strategies
5. Reporting & Process Adherence
? Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates for all partner activities.
? Maintain compliance with internal policies, business ethics, and regulatory norms.
? Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Requirements
? Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
? 4+ years of experience in team handling, sales, business development, or partner recruitment, preferably in financial services, fintech, or mutual fund distribution.
? Proven ability to manage targets and lead sales teams effectively.
? Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
? Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and digital sales tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,243.61 - ₹75,988.51 per month
