Salary: ?13,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound & inbound callsfor customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Generate leads through calling, maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and clients*.
Maintain daily call records, leads status, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead nurturing and closures.
Meet monthly targets for lead generation and conversions*.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experiencein telesales / telecalling / inside sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert queries into sales.
Comfortable with dealer communication & follow-ups*.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM toolsis an added advantage.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
