Monday to Friday (alternate Saturday & Sunday Off)
Job Summary:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services/products, and converting leads into clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. We have openings for both full-time and part-time positions, with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, online research, and other prospecting methods.
Pitching Services:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services/products to potential customers.
Client Conversion:
Persuade potential customers to purchase our services/products and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Data Management:
Accurately record and update customer information, call logs, and sales data in our CRM system.
Follow-up:
Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.
Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services/products.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English,Marathi & Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills .
Good organizational and time-management skills.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
