We are hiring an Outbound Telecalling Executive to generate qualified leads for licensed software products including
Adobe
,
Microsoft 365
, and
AutoCAD
. The role requires strong communication skills and basic knowledge of IT/software solutions to engage with potential business customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to businesses and professionals to promote software solutions (Adobe, MS 365, AutoCAD)
Identify customer requirements related to productivity, design, and licensing
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Explain software features, licensing models, and business benefits
Schedule demos or sales follow-ups with interested prospects
Maintain call logs and update lead details in CRM
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads
Achieve daily call and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in outbound Telecalling or lead generation (IT/software preferred)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of software products like Adobe, MS 365, AutoCAD
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B software or SaaS sales
Knowledge of software licensing and subscription models
Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
