Telesales- Kannada/Telugu

Location:

Padivattom, Edappally

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales / Customer support. ( Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Telugu or Kannada and English

)

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in Telugu or Kannada and English

(any other languages are also considered)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Salary: Salary:

?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00

per month+ Incentives.

Working Days: 5 days a week

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Telugu or Kannada Explain products or services clearly and convincingly. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of financial products and services. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Results-oriented and target-driven.
